We collect information you provide directly when you:

  • Submit the contact form (name, work email, company, message, project description).
  • Book a discovery call via our scheduling link (handled by Microsoft Bookings).
  • Email us directly at [email protected].

We also collect standard server-side access logs (IP address, browser user-agent, referrer) retained for up to 30 days for security purposes. We do not use advertising tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this site.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and schedule a discovery call.
  • To send you information about services you have asked about.
  • To improve the website and diagnose technical issues.

We will never sell your data, share it with third-party marketing agencies, or pass you to a third-party SDR.

4. Data storage and security

Contact form submissions are stored in Cloudflare KV (US region) and forwarded to our sales inbox via AWS SES. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for spam protection — it processes your interaction to verify you are human but does not track you across sites. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS.

5. Cookies

This website does not set any first-party cookies. Cloudflare may set a __cf_bm cookie for bot management; this is a strictly-necessary security cookie with a 30-minute lifetime and does not require consent under ePrivacy rules.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

EU/EEA residents: the legal basis for processing contact form data is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) given by submitting the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by requesting deletion of your data.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
